These terms apply to academy.reddwarftech.in and to the digital products sold there by REDDWARF TECH. By using the site or buying a product you accept them.
1. Using the website
The site is provided for browsing and for buying our digital products. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to files or systems you have not paid for, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
2. Digital products
Everything sold here is a digital product delivered electronically. Nothing is printed and nothing is shipped. Product pages describe what each title covers; we make no promise about particular results, income, employment or outcomes from reading them.
3. Your licence to use an ebook
When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own learning and your own projects. You may keep copies on your own devices for your own use.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, upload, republish or otherwise distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in substantial part, and you may not remove or alter any notices in it. Code and techniques you learn from the book are of course yours to use in your work.
4. Intellectual property
The ebooks, the REDDWARF TECH name and logo, and the text, design and images on this site belong to REDDWARF TECH unless stated otherwise. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it.
5. Payment and order verification
Payments are taken by Razorpay on their own hosted payment pages, under their terms. Prices are shown on the product page in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies. Access is granted only after our server has verified the payment with Razorpay — a payment page alone does not grant access.
6. Download and access
After a verified payment you are taken to a download page for your purchase. Please save the file once you have it. If a download fails or you lose access, email hello@reddwarftech.in with your payment ID and we will help.
7. Technical issues
We aim to keep the site and downloads working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — hosting, networks and payment providers can all have outages. If a technical problem stops you getting a product you paid for, contact support and we will resolve it.
8. Third-party services
This site relies on third parties, including Razorpay for payments and our web host. We are not responsible for their services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Tools, frameworks and services mentioned inside our ebooks are likewise operated by others.
9. Limitation of liability
Our products are educational material provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update our products, the site and these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
