REDDWARF TECH Academy sells digital ebooks. This page explains how we handle payment and access problems, and when a refund applies.
1. Digital products
Our products are downloadable files, delivered immediately after a verified payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, a completed and downloaded purchase is generally not refundable. Read the product page and the preview pages before buying — they exist so you know what you are getting.
That said, we do not want anyone to be out of pocket for something they never received. The situations below are resolved in your favour.
2. Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails or you cancel at the payment page, no purchase is made. Occasionally a bank shows an amount as debited for a failed transaction; these are normally reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider within a few business days. If it has not reversed, write to us with the payment details and we will follow it up with Razorpay.
3. Duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once for the same ebook, the extra charge is refunded in full. Send us both payment IDs and we will process the refund through Razorpay to the original payment method.
4. Access or download problems
If your payment went through but the download will not start, the file will not open, or access never unlocked, contact us — our first step is always to get you the file you paid for. If we cannot deliver the product to you, we refund the purchase in full.
5. Wrong purchase
Both language editions of the AI Developer Handbook are included with your purchase, so choosing the wrong edition at checkout costs you nothing — both are available on your download page. If you bought the wrong product entirely, or bought twice by mistake, tell us promptly and we will sort it out.
6. How to contact us
Email hello@reddwarftech.in and include:
- Your payment ID or order ID
- The email or phone number used at payment
- The product and edition
- What happened, and what you saw on screen
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
