This policy explains what happens to information connected with academy.reddwarftech.in, operated by REDDWARF TECH. It describes the site as it actually works today. If that changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
1. Information you provide
We do not run accounts, logins or newsletter signups, so there is no registration data. Information reaches us in two ways:
- At purchase. Payment is handled on Razorpay's own pages. Razorpay collects your payment details and shares a payment record with us — typically an order and payment identifier, the amount, and the email address or phone number you entered at checkout. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- When you contact support. Whatever you choose to put in your email to hello@reddwarftech.in — usually your order details and a description of the problem.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you click a purchase button you are taken to a Razorpay-hosted payment page, and your payment information is entered there under Razorpay's own privacy policy and security standards. Razorpay notifies our server when a payment succeeds, which is what unlocks your download.
3. Technical information
Like any website, our hosting produces standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent — created automatically by the web server. A session cookie is used on the download page so the server can tell that the browser requesting a file belongs to a verified paid order. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.
4. How information is used
- To verify that a payment succeeded before granting access to a purchased ebook.
- To deliver the digital product you bought.
- To answer your support messages and resolve payment or access problems.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Data security and retention
Order records are stored on our hosting outside the publicly reachable part of the site, and the ebook files themselves are never exposed as public URLs. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we hold: no card data, no passwords, no accounts.
Purchase records are kept as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
6. Third-party services
Three third parties are involved in running this site: Razorpay for payments, our web host for serving the site and storing order records, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on these pages and therefore receives a request from your browser when a page loads. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
7. Your requests
You can ask what information we hold about a purchase, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@reddwarftech.in from the address used for the purchase, or include your payment ID so we can identify the order. Deleting a purchase record may end your ability to re-download the ebook.
